Return/Exchange/Refund
- Refund can only be provided where we are unable to supply the advertised product. We are unable to provide a refund if the customer changes their mind
- The refund will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details. It may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to process
- We will provide you with an exchange where the items are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing or material defects and we shall pay the postage (to and from) for the return
- Any faulty item or incorrectly supplied item has to be claimed within 7 days from the date of receiving the item
- All return items must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, with the original receipt of purchase
